In selling my vacation home in Ruidoso, NM, my inspection required some fairly extensive repairs. I called Bass Brothers and got an appointment quickly. They reviewed the problems and after a little discussion I got a very reasonable estimate. and a great timetable for completion. Great work. Special shout out to both Stewart Bass and Julian for taking my phone calls promptly and working through some difficult problems. No question about it...these guys are real professionals.
Stuart was an unbelievable help in our time of need, an ice storm had knocked limbs off on our roof and had punctured our roof! He sent a crew over as soon as he could to patch our leaks and prevent further damage. Without his help we would have sustained thousands of dollar's of more damage,.I would recommend his services without reservations !
Follow up review 2.5 years later: I had a concern about the roof. A small seal job that needed repaired. Nothing major. Stuart had a worker come out the same day as my concern. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended their business! Thanks for all you guys do!
