Stephanie is above 10 stars. She is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle. She definitely make sure that you know what’s going on in your continual care. I would highly recommend her to everyone. She made this visit very pleasant.
HAD a real bad experience with one of the technician
Fantastic first time experience with the Logan Kalispell Imaging group! There is such a positive energy in this place!. Sam was my first point of contact. Sam greeted me with a big smile and she was terrific and very efficient! It was a walk in mammogram appointment and it could not have been a better experience. Elise then did my imaging! Elise was also very kind, very thorough and paid great attention to detail. It was very reassuring to be in with this team! I would strongly recommend Logan Imaging Kalispell! Thank you!
former TNBC breast cancer patient called several months ago to schedule an appointment with no response. Went in 1-2 weeks ago, was there for quite we some time and again left with no appointment, THE receptionist at bass breast wasn't very helpful tbh, she said she would reach out by phone after speaking with Melissa (surgeon) I haven't heard back.(The women at imaging were wonderful and as helpful as possible knowing how important this is.) mammogram is for someone with my history.
Always kind, helpful and professional. Was able to make an appointment within a less than seven minute phone call. As an overall organization, perhaps you should have digestive health use this model as it takes six or seven calls to even know that the referral was recieved let alone to get an appointment scheduled. Update: unfortunately, their ability to lose my referral not once not twice, but three times has resulted in a billing issue.
