DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! If they can't fix it they will not turn in a ticket to the company to validate your warranty. Making it impossible for You to get a replacement. We went 14 days no refrigerator because of this negligence of Bass Appliance. That policy doesn't make sense to have for their customers. Very upset customer here!
Couldn't fix my refrigerator.They made things much worse with the Manufacturer. They can't be reached after 9:00am. You have to wait until the next day for them to contact you Not recommended at all .
