The training is a long process but it’s online videos and hands on learning. I definitely did better with hands on learning compared to sitting at a computer. Training took about 3 weeks to complete and complete my tests.
The impact that this facility and these people had on my daughter was life changing for her and us. In the 12 months she spent there, her social and communication skills exploded. The RBTs and BCBAs showed such care with her and it was so evident how well she was treated. She “graduated” at the end of last year, but still asks to go back weekly. I am so grateful for Bass and cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is considering it for their child.
Great training experience. Supervisors and technicians were very hands-on and made this a comfortable space to learn and grow.
