Memorable tapas for me, with each offering a unique taste and flavor. Which, having been to several tapas place in my life, it’s hard to stand down and be memorable. I’ve been 2 times so far and plan to come back and bring family/friends in future visits. Highly recommended.
We had dinner here on Sunday with a group of friends, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We ordered the family-size paella, and it was absolutely delicious. There are restaurants that serve great food... and then there are restaurants where you can feel the passion behind every single dish. That was our experience at Basqueria. The food was absolutely outstanding, and the service was just as impressive. But what made the evening even more memorable was learning about the chef's story.
