Basq is an unexpected oasis within the high energy of Byron central! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt like the team knew us and that we were being welcomed back, though it was our first trip! We found our ‘Town Room’ to be quiet and the balcony was a wonderful place to sit and read. The pool and roof areas were clean, comfortable and luxurious. We begun our honeymoon here at Basq House and so glad we did. The wonderful staff, facilities and rooms were nothing short of incredible. The attention to detail to everything even the staff attentiveness when sitting my the pool or walking through reception, knowing us by name just made our stay so special. The Navia Bathhouse that is also attached to the hotel was incredible. Highly recommend both Navia and Basq House - we will definitely be returning!

Out three nights at Basq House were the definition of perfection. The moment we arrived and were greeted by the front of house staff we noticed the incredible attention to detail evident throughout every aspect of our time there. We would happily return again and again.

Si pudiera les daba 10 estrellas! El diseño es espectacular tal como se ve en las fotos. Lleno de detalles que hacen que tu estadía sea lo máximo. Un ejemplo es que en cada piso tiene una máquina que te da agua purificada o sparkling según lo que quieras! La decoración divina.
