Extremely Satisfied! Went above and beyond. Basnight Land and Lawn has proven themselves to be the professionals that they are. They were worth the extra money we paid for the design and their easy accommodations to changes we requested in the middle of the project. We had landscaping, a paver patio around our pool and irrigation installed and it looks like it came out of a Home & Garden magazine. I would highly recommend them for your outdoor project.
Wow. An Amazing Company. Their work and service cannot be matched! From the initial meeting with the designer who came very prepared, with a large survey of my house done in cad. He then started walking around the yard with me and was sketching ideas as we spoke. He then took about 50 or so photos of my yard for reference. Too big for their britches? What a nightmare it is trying to get even a quote from these guys! Basnight Land & Lawn should not advertize that they do residential as well as businesses, if they do not want to take the time to quote residential jobs. Gee, sorry we're not a new housing development going up! Bottom line, Basnight sees dollar signs not customers. Greedy. And their work really isn't all that special if you check them out. 2 thumbs down for these guys.

Their bid was competitive and we awarded them the work. The crew arrived on time, completed the work and left our property immaculate. We now have a yard that properly drains. TERRIBLE! Rude Customer Service! Wow are these people rude. Not rude on one phone call or for a day but for two instances two months apart. Each time bad attitude, non-caring rude people. Not just one or two, each time I called and one was bad as another. When the manager finally go on the line she was even worse. Save yourself there are too many companies with better customer service. Give another a try!
Owner WELL WORTH THE WAIT. They came out, meet with my husband and I, and they were on time to the first meeting. They listened to our desires and incorporated them into a wonderful backyard design. They were scheduled several weeks out but the finished project was worth the wait. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
