It's a conventional Doctors' practice, but you never wait for long, the doctors are very efficient and also friendly and pleasant to talk with.

If I could give this surgery zero stars, I would. Clinically I find they have been inept, they do not have any kind of joined up thinking with an individuals health care.

If I could give this surgery zero stars, I would. Clinically I find they have been inept, they do not have any kind of joined up thinking with an individuals health care. Their administration is diabolical, any information emailed or left with reception team doesn't make it on to a patients record, this I feel is a critical failure. Not sure if this is how all GP surgeries operate or just this one in particular. This ultimately means a lack of oversight that is at best incompetent at worst subversive.

This practice seems to going down hill fast. We had a two week health plan for my 90 year old mum, doubling the dose of her meds. She continues to be in severe pain. When the two weeks was up, no one knew anything about it, now she’s waiting another 3 weeks for a review with a different Doctor. When challenged the so called practice manager was rude and didn’t really want to know. If there was a zero rating the practice would be getting it.
