I Purchased the cameras for my factory and the setup is done via their pylon tool which can't be downloaded. Ticket created but no response and no response on Call either. Extremely poor customer service, not reliable

Difficult to work with, cameras and software do not work well, long implementation, and not enough qualified people in the US. Wish I had gone with many of the better, more well-known competitors. Also don't appreciate their sneaky behavior. Not a happy experience.
