10/10 best service I have ever received at any FBO. Great amenities, great people, and very accommodating. Used the crew car to head over to the EAA Museum and grab dinner. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed with this FBO. N3059B
I have been attending EAA AirVenture for years and recently had the pleasure of meeting Josh and Jeanna. Their story is almost as amazing as their service and personalities. Apparently working full time jobs and taking time off to work sunup to sundown fueling aircraft in the North 40 is their idea of fun or vacation? Basler is charging the same price for 100LL as ATL International. Plan to buy fuel elsewhere this year if you are coming to Airventure!
I often have to fuel up our club plane and had to deal with this broken ground wire reel forever. I’ve been hoping Basler Flight Service would fix it but instead they just provided instructions on how to use it despite it being broken. I have used reels like this that are spring loaded so you don’t have to cut your hands up on rusty, kinked ground cables or tediously bend over and spin the little reel. Basler chose the wrong fix. You can buy new ground reels online for a couple hundred bucks, I’d be happy to send some links…
