I watched my significant other go through hell with this law firm. The amount of money they were charging him for sub par representation, minimal communication (without many emails, texts, calls begging for a response) and the complete disorganization and disregard for his situation, was absurd. I strongly caution anyone considering Basler Law Firm, specifically Chris Basler, to look elsewhere. This firm operates a classic bait-and-switch. You are led to believe Chris Basler will give your case his personal, professional attention — that absolutely does not happen. Phone calls, texts, and emails go unanswered for weeks at a time. On one occasion I wasn’t able to reach him until 12 minutes before my virtual support hearing, at which point it was clear he was completely unprepared. The only call Chris returned was the first one. I do not recommend this attorney. You can do better. He will not help you, he is only about billable hours.

Chris and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. They are very kind, compassionate knowledgeable reasonably priced and they respond in a very timely manner. It was amazing to have such a great team on my side. I can only highly recommend.

I had to fire Chris as my legal representation in October, 2023. I initially hired him due to his empathetic approach and communication. It was a bait and switch and I strongly recommend seeking counsel elsewhere. For example, even after clarifying expectations about communication with his paralegal (she said she usually responds in 24 hours), I consistently had to follow up several times for a response, using both email and text.
