Nice place. Enjoyed the gym. Lol yes I know, who gyms on vacation. I do! Lol nice place just wish there were more employees on the grounds. When there is an emergency, like your code not working or your door code changing before the time its supposed to it gets aggravating. But I did enjoy it.
Horrible service by new property management!! Nobody is working the front desk after 5pm. Good luck wondering around trying to find your room and a parking pass. Ice maker doesn't work (No ice on property that I could find) and you cannot get anyone to answer their 1-800 number. Not impressed at all!!
Very pleasant experience, very clean, spacious, and only a few minute walk from the Gatlinburg strip, definitely recommend it when visiting Gatlinburg.
