We ordered a custom cake from this BR, and it turned out wonderful! The staff and the manager were so friendly and the cake maker went over and above to give us a wonderful surprise cake for my grandsons Birthday! He loved it! I wish I had asked the cake makers name, so I could give her proper credit, but she really did a great job, and seemed as happy about how turned out as I was :) Honestly, seeing someone happy with their work is as fun as getting a great result! The worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a cake over the weekend for graduation, had a time change and called DAYS IN ADVANCE to change the time and was told that was more then okay. On the day we went up to pick up the cake my mom waited THREE HOURS after the time I was told it was okay to pick up. The cake looked like crap. Went in to get a shake on my lunch break from work, two employees behind the counter ignored me after looking right at me. Stood near the drive through window talking about their paychecks and how much they needed to get paid more than they were getting. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and neither of them came to the counter to help me or even acknowledge me. I will not be returning. Horrible customer service. This place has fallen off so much!!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received here yesterday i don’t ever complain about business but I have to say something I ordered and paid for a birthday cake for my husband a week prior an ice cream cake so 30 minutes prior to pick up they call me and said they’re out of the ice cream we selected and offered some of the flavors the had at the store no biggie we improvised and I show up and was presented with this horrible cake 20 minutes past pick up time and after 4 attempts and telling them I have a house full o... read more
