this one indian staff is so slow and keep makes me repeating my order even though she already heard what i want. The ice cream i got already melting when she scoop it. I took the picture of the ice cream below not more than 5 minutes after i pay it and it’s already melting. Really spoiled my day. Luckily there’s one male staff apologize to me for the slow services.
I recently visited Baskin Robbins late at night with my wife, just before closing time, and we decided to enjoy a banana split together. Even though it was almost closing hour, the shop was still clean and well organized, which made the environment comfortable and relaxing. The banana split was delicious as always — the ice cream was creamy, fresh, and nicely presented, with generous toppings.
