I had a wonderful experience at this Baskin-Robbins, largely thanks to the incredible service I received from the young Malay woman working there. She was exceptionally helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made my day. Great ice cream, but even better customer service! I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
Yesterday I joined the last day of the Baskin-Robbins Buffet, and it was such a great experience! I especially want to compliment one of the staff members. She was a petite girl wearing a bawal hijab with big round eyes. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. This was our first time visiting this place, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There were only two staff members in the store, and there were no other customers around. Since it was our first visit, we politely asked how to place an order. The staff completely ignored us, didn’t even look at us, and had a very unfriendly attitude, as if we had done something wrong.
