Hello ALIA ! excellent service and very efficient. Before attending to me, there was another customer who was upset and spoke harshly to her, but she remained calm and professional throughout the situation. I really respect the way she handled it. When it was my turn, she treated me with the same professionalism and courtesy, without letting the previous situation affect her service towards me. Very impressed with her attitude, patience, and efficiency. Highly recommended!

Stopped by Baskin-Robbins today and was really impressed by the service. The Malay girl working there was exceptionally polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to see customer service that warm anymore. Give this employee a raise!"
I had a wonderful experience at this Baskin-Robbins, largely thanks to the incredible service I received from the young Malay woman working there. She was exceptionally helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly made my day. Great ice cream, but even better customer service! I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
