Selling melted ice cream and not informing customers before purchasing. On 1st May 2026 at approximately 4:55pm, I purchased a single scoop of ice cream from your branch. After selecting the flavour, the staff proceeded to scoop it. Upon payment, your staff handed me the ice cream that is already melted. The staff did not mention that the ice cream is yet to set or still melted. The staff sold me a melted ice cream.
