staff very nice
came at 8++ pm. zero customer and staff was just busy on his phone. had to repeat myself 2 times on my order and got annoyed because the staff keep on asking me to repeat myself. the third time he got pissed off and started to showing sign of tantrums and tak puas hati. we said two cups, but staff decision to put it one cup. mind you i repeat myself 3 times to still get my order wrong. at the cashier he hempas hempas the ice cream cup to show that he was mad at me. Just came today to get ice cream cake. Despite the bad reviews from other people, I find this branch ok to me. Aircond is cold, it is clean. The two staff on duty are helpful and friendly, they were explaining to me each cake flavor. I will visit again!
