I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this was something I genuinely didn’t appreciate. Visited Baskin-Robbins Subang Parade on a crowded Saturday. My 10-year-old son patiently queued for about 17–20 minutes, but people were jumping the line and the staff appeared to ignore it, eventually skipping his turn altogether. Are all your staff taking breaks at the exact same time? Because it makes no sense that customers are unable to make purchases during operating hours. As far as I know, stores in malls usually arrange break times in shifts to avoid disrupting customer service. This situation is honestly very frustrating.

After berbuka we head to baskins for dessert at around 8.10pm. There was no que actually but because 1 staff made herself busy to start clearing tubs preparing for closing leaving her colleague the only one to do serving and cashiering ..it took approx 20 minutes for each customer to wait and order.

Semalam aku pergi beli promo 31, ada dua staff ..sorang perempuan bertudung, sorang lelaki. Diorang macam main-main je. Aku dah cakap nak regular size, tapi dua-dua paksa aku beli pint. Dah dua kali aku ulang pun still nak suruh ambik promo pint or quart tu. Last-last aku mintak dengan staff yang tak bertudung baru settle. Kalau harap dua orang tu, memang tak kena layan langsung, siap macam kena pulau. Anak-anak pun dah tunggu lama. Manager outlet ni patut bagi training balik la, attitude staff tu teruk. Junior scoop given by the staff is too small, does not even touch the edges of the cup and the center is a bit hollow. It feels like the RM2 ice cream from the ice cream seller on motorbike instead of the RM7.90 that is being charged for flavor of the day. It's better to use the money for Inside Scoop's Monday special. To Baskin Robbin and staff, either give a bigger scoop or your customers will move elsewhere.
