Had a really nice experience at Baskin-Robbins Subang Parade! The ice cream was delicious and fresh, as always. What I appreciated the most was the manager’s attitude and the way she treated customers very friendly, polite, and welcoming. Her excellent customer service definitely made the experience even better. Keep up the great work will come back with friends!!
BR subang parade, ridiculous. You are out of the small cups and ask your customer for the regular cup, but you should not charge them for regular price because customer wants the small size for a reason. You are the one who out of the small cups that is your problem not your customer. In the end we pay for extra and it goes to the bin
Sunday 12/07/2026, 5:30pm. Purchase 1 scoop Golden Medal Ribbon, 1 Scoop Citrus Twist Ice and 1 Full Waffel with Peanut Caremel Chocolate. Everything was great and the young girl staff with white shirt and black tudung is execelent. Mantap .

The staff and their treatment are very friendly and kind as my kids,wife and me can taste every ice cream before we bought the ice cream. Mr Hafizan and MS yana Is an asset to the company. Thank you for your kindness.
