I had a very shocking and humiliating experience at this Baskin Robbins outlet at Mid Valley Southkey (Ground Floor) on 21/11/2025 around 9:00 PM. I am in my 50s and visited the outlet to redeem two free ice creams I won from the Hotlink spin game. I have redeemed the same type of voucher at other BR outlets many times without any issue.
