Very disappointed with our visit today. Ice creams was melted and liquid, which is unacceptable for a chain branch. Hope quality control improves.
As we are regular customer of Baskin Robbins, this Petronas Baskin Robbin’s Setia Alam is the worst branch! We bought a 6 inch cake which is Scoops of Joy at here for our daughter! We found out the staff gave us Techni Ice Reusable Ice Pack to keep the ice cream cake when we open it at night during birthday party! So the cake melt and the taste was very bad! Other outlet gave us Dry Ice to keep the ice cream cake in good condition. Not recommend to buy the ice cream at this Petronas branch!!! We spend hundred of ringgit Mala... read more
