I'm writing on behalf of my lovely wife. This incident occurred on me and my sister's birthday 24 April 2026 around 4PM. We were very excited to come there to experience Baskin Robbins flavourful ice cream. We were not even greeted once we enter the shop. I can still turn a blind eye on that but disrespecting my wife is one big problem you make for a cashier serving us our ice cream. Ni 2nd time pergi n bawak family I to try the buy 1 free 1 King Cup. Not even a hello/warm welcome upon entering since we come back the same day. Mind you, dua2 staf perempuan muka palat ea macam kita ni peminta sedekah pulak. No wonder ada review cakap staff bad attitude before this. When my SIL is choosing her ice cream, I approach the the cashier to ask if she could scan my voucher next, but she refuse to attend me & cut me off. Great experience, fascinated by their variety of ice cream flavors. Pricing wise… not so favorable because the price of 2 scoop is the price of one pint which u can buy from supermarket village grocer. Scoop is indeed wholesome and huge and staff makes an attempt to ensure the scoop as as large as possible. Staff is also consistent on how the serving should be, for an example one scoop should be rightfully in one small cup and not in the cup meant for 2 scoop. I tried the monkey business flavor.
