Might as well close this outlet, business is good but understaffed, and the management overworked the counter staff. If can't afford to hire, please close this down. Very poor service
Worst service ever the male staff definitely doesn't want to work there and give me black face when I just wanted to try some flavours. And I did buy the ice cream. He acts horrible like I owe him money. Seriously so many ice cream stores around why do you still give so bad service. 15/3/25 at 2.40pm
I went to a nearby restaurant to use a coupon, but they didn't accept orders after 9:35-40pm. Forget it. When I went back a few days later, the waiter's attitude was not good at all and looked impatient. Especially the male waiter's service attitude was really bad! Please improve, otherwise if this happens again, I won't go there again!
Disappointed with staff behaviour. They gave me wrong order and show face seems im the order wrongly.Such a bad attitude and please train your staff how to behave with customers.
