Their standard has been dropping very badly recently and it's not pleasant to dine here anymore. First the environment is dirty and damaged. 2nd was the staff doesn't even understand my simple and broken English when I was ordering, further more he didn't know hwat is folk and spoon. 3rd was the staffs are working as I owe them money, they don't even answer me back when I ask for something simple like tissue, fork and spoon. Poorly trained staff. Even the manager at the time was clueless.
Came here and had a really good experience. The guy serving me was super friendly, recommended some nice flavour combinations, and helped me get a good deal (Buy 1 Free 1 pint on Grab). Even though he was working alone and handling other Grab orders, he was still very helpful. Shoutout to him👍🏻
The ice cream wasn’t the issue — the service was. The staff member was extremely rude, had zero manners, and showed a black face the entire time. It completely ruined the experience. Management seriously needs to look into customer service training.
Bad customer service. 2 girls were there, and not welcoming at all, wasn't busy too. Didnt offer toppings, and scoop it into cup instead of cone which she didn't ask me before that.
