Bad staff attitude. Ordered from app and it was never prepared until I asked for it. And the staff face is black like I owed her 10mil ringgit and never said a single word.
An ice cream shop should feel sweet and welcoming, but sadly this experience felt the opposite. The staff spoke in an angry tone and made us feel uncomfortable when asking for our order. Customers come for a happy moment, not to feel stressed. A little kindness goes a long way.
Their standard has been dropping very badly recently and it's not pleasant to dine here anymore. First the environment is dirty and damaged. 2nd was the staff doesn't even understand my simple and broken English when I was ordering, further more he didn't know hwat is folk and spoon. 3rd was the staffs are working as I owe them money, they don't even answer me back when I ask for something simple like tissue, fork and spoon.
