Visited this place today with my daughters at around 8pm, expecting to have an enjoyable family time, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, there was only one staff member handling a takeaway order, and we waited around 10–15 minutes just to place our order. Disrespectful and unhelpful staff!!! The staff was incredibly rude and unable to resolve issue!!!
Nice environment and good service. The staff nice enough to gift my kid a balloon too. Claimed free ice cream via the BR app though this year for birthday treat the portion downsized from large to junior size. But other than that I giving 5 stars due to the good service and lovely place .
I recently got the Baskin-Robbins Ohana cake (6-inch size) for a family gathering, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The standout feature it have chocolate nest base: intricately woven chocolate with drizzles that look like a nest , it also have the crunchy chocolate flavor in every slice without being too heavy.
