the guy that was working on 22/7/2026 12pm have attitude problem, please dont let him work in service line , i was trying to use a digital voucher provided through credit card redemption points, but he did not even scan the items and straight key in the discount code, end up it shows "shopping cart is empty" and he said there is nothing he can do about it. will never visit this outlet again
Visited this place today with my daughters at around 8pm, expecting to have an enjoyable family time, but unfortunately it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. When we arrived, there was only one staff member handling a takeaway order, and we waited around 10–15 minutes just to place our order. Parking easy but have to pay anyway we LOVE the ice cream. Celebrating birthday got better with Baskin Robbins. Hope to comeback soon !
Disrespectful and unhelpful staff!!! The staff was incredibly rude and unable to resolve issue!!!
