Baskin-Robbins needs no further introduction. 🍨 Their ice cream is consistently good across the countries they operate in — whether in Taipei, Singapore, or Kota Kinabalu, the familiar flavors and quality remain reliably the same. Always a safe choice when you are craving something sweet, especially when you already know exactly what to expect from your favorite flavor. 😋
The ice cream was good. Just the service is not inviting , seems like reluctant to serve me and my daughter. Even tissue i need to double back to counter and get it, while they snacking. Please check staff etiquette BR.
the so very kind friendly , tell me about buy 1 free 1 eventhough sa nd perna p sni and how dia treat cust so nice staff bgusss
Visited Imago outlet today and enjoyed the ice cream as always. However, we were a little disappointed with the customer service. We were the only customers in the store at the time, yet the staff didn’t smile or make us feel welcome. A simple greeting and a friendly smile would make a big difference to the overall experience. I hope the management will consider providing additional customer service training and encouraging the team to create a warmer, more welcoming experience for customers.
The area was a bit noisy especially when it's crowded. Can't hear the staff. Ice cream was good though. 👍🏻.
