Extremely unfriendly staff and terrible customer service. There were two female staff, and honestly, both of them had the same unfriendly and unpleasant attitude. Not even a simple smile or welcoming gesture. The whole booth had such a bad vibe. My birthday is in September, and since there was a Buy 1 Free 1 birthday promotion, we asked how to redeem it. Ordered the kopimisu cake with tiramisu cold brew flavour, because no more stock so the staff asked me to wait. The staff purposely go to storage to take the cold brew flavour but end up gave me wrong flavour 😑. I should have check it.
