Seriously terrible experience. I bought a double regular cup with RM24 on Saturday 5/9/2026. I wanted to pay cash, but they didn’t have enough small change. Fine, I scanned the QR to pay with TNG, but then the staff claimed they never received it. I literally had to go get small change and pay them in cash again. Meanwhile, my TNG showed the payment was already successful! The staff assured me that if a double payment occurred, they would issue a refund, and I left my phone number with them.
