On July 2, my 15-year-old daughter went to this location to buy an ice cream. When it was time to pay, the cashier added a tip to the payment screen and simply told my daughter to tap her card. The tip was charged without her knowledge or consent. I find this unacceptable, especially when dealing with a minor. I went there on June 24 to try their new kunafa flavored ice cream. There was an Indian girl working there at the time. While placing the order, I even pointed towards the picture of the kunafa ice cream on the menu board. I paid 11 dollars and she handed me a kunafa milkshake. When I told her that's not what I ordered, she said that's what you asked for. She refused to acknowledge her mistake or replace the shake, instead she chose to lie right to my face. If it was less than star, I would have given that. I wanted to get two tubs of vanilla and a cake, and the cashier told me to close the freezer. How bad is that to say to a paying customer. I really hated this place. Good luck to them. Date June 21st, 2026 . Horrible people.
This location is stealing from.the customers. I ordered a regular scoop. She gave me a kiddie scoop. I am going to report them to better business bureau. This is not the first time this location did this to me.
