Very bad services. 3/4/2026. 9.35pm Im go in the shop, shop no staff. Totally empty. Just wait, after 20mins waiting. 9.53pm, 2 malay girls (Staff) come in. I request for 4 scoops ice cream. She told me that shop closed. Really Good. Baskin Robbin hired this kind worker..
Lazy unfriendly staff. Refused my chocolate milkshake order with 2 flavours said only entitled to 1 flavour. Milk was hot as not in fridge 22RM a joke
King size scoop smaller than other outlets and the younger staff seems to lack experience when dealing with customers
Bought a tub today from this branch. Didn't think that I needed to check my tub, but I found it like this when I got home and opened it. Why does it look like someone scooped some out of my tub already? Is this normal for BR? Now I'm not sure if my tub is clean or not...
