Setelah adanya kiosk, pekerja jadi kurang, beratur pula panjang. Pekerja pun kurang mesra berbanding dengan dulu sebab tak cukup bilangan pekerja dan tak mampu nak selesaikan order yang banyak. Pemilihan perisa ice cream secara live di peti lebih senang dan cepat berbanding tengok dalam skrin kiosk.
I waiting from 1.50 pm until 2.30 ,no one staff at the store???? So bad service...management BR please take response!!!
