The service was terrible. Despite the promotion on the 31st, there was no one available to handle ala carte orders, and it felt like customers who weren't ordering the promo items were completely overlooked.
What’s the point of offering all these toppings if they’re almost always out of stock? Whipped cream, chocolate sauce, banana etc you name it, they’ve run out of it and not just once. It’s a regular thing. Really disappointing and shows poor planning. Either fix the supply or stop advertising what you can’t deliver
