I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Baskin-Robbins. The staff member, Shameera, was extremely rude, disrespectful and came across as arrogant when dealing with customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially when paying for a service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the incident. This kind of attitude should not represent the brand.
Puteri is so friendly and kind. We walked in on a quite Thursday but many flavours were sold out due to on going buy 1 free on promo. Puteri was so attentive to what we were looking for and recommended flavours close to the sold out flavours. Thank you!
Junior staff is very friendly doing her best but the manager is ill mannered and responded all questions with extremely annoyed face and tone
