Went to BR Bukit Raja for the first time today, such a cozy place with plenty of seating. Usually I’d go for cotton candy, but felt like trying something different. One of the staff (Juliana) was so friendly and helpful, she gave me a few testers that she think i would like and yes i endup choose her suggestion (love potion). Really loved how she treated me as a customer!

I went there on 19/8/2026, the female staff (Nametag: Juliana) assists me very well and provide recommendations when I was clueless in choosing the flavour! I rarely experienced a staff who willingly to explain for the flavour I need
Juliana and Jas were very friendly, even recommended new flavours to try. The environment was cozy. Will come back again!!!
