Stepped on melted ice cream right outside the shop entrance and informed the staff. She said it wasn’t her responsibility to clean since it was outside. Disappointing response, especially as it’s a safety hazard right at the entrance. The staff attitude needs improvement.
Worst service experience. I repeatedly informed the staff that I wanted to redeem my 20% discount voucher before making payment, yet I was insisted to pay first. Only after payment was made did they scan my voucher and no discount was applied and the voucher was gone. There were two staff on duty (one female, one male). The female staff requested help from her colleague but was left hanging. Meanwhile, customers continued to walk in, and I had to personally ask the male staff to step in and assist her. Dear Baskins, this outlet of yours is truly horrible. Waited for close to 20 mins only to be told off by your staff by the name of Faz that she can't take any orders as she is overwhelmed with the online orders. You cant just push away patrons just like that. Either you increase your staffing or teach dear Ms Faz how to handle stress and manners on how to speak with customers.
