Hari ni, your service memang out!! I'm very disappointed! I dah buat payment dengan staff lelaki then I tunggu your staff bagi resit pembayaran but dia minta staff perempuan print and bagi pada saya. So, im waiting for the receipt tapi paling saya terkejut dia print and buang dalam tong sampah!! I repeat.. buang dalam tong sampah!! She so rude and no manners at all!! Serive staff sangat sangat teruk !!! Dalam aiscream ada rambut,dia tengok dan suruh kawan dia ganti kan,sorry sepatah pun tak cakap,dah ganti lagi hebat,letak sana dan tunjuk dgn jari je,hebat service dia !!!

Very disappointing experience. I paid for takeaway packaging, but the order arrived without the cutlery (knife) that should have been included. The food bag was sealed when it arrived, so the missing item appears to have been overlooked during packing. While the missing item may seem small, customers expect their orders to be complete, especially when additional packaging fees are charged. I hope the restaurant improves its quality checks before handing orders to delivery riders to prevent similar issues in the future. #PISA... read more
