Very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins Tebrau Jusco today (31/5/2026, around 2:50 PM). While paying, we saw a black box in front of the cashier containing many used spoons, so we naturally assumed it was for disposing of used spoons and placed ours inside. A male staff member suddenly shouted at us, which was shocking and embarrassing, especially as I was with my 8-year-old son. Had a great experience at Baskin-Robbins AEON Tebrau City thanks to Irsyad! He recommended me the new Graham Chocolate Honeycomb flavour and it was honestly so good — creamy graham cracker ice cream with crunchy chocolate honeycomb pieces that gave every bite a really nice texture and flavour balance.
