Chocolate chip flavour was watery and easily melt, normally eating this flavour texture is harder, but it was very watery and too soft, by the way this is not gelato! Asked the lady if can change the ice cream to another flavour since the one I had in hand is too soft, she kept on SMILING??? and giggling as if I'm joking with her???? SAID CANNOT, NEED TO PAY MONEY TO BUY A NEW ONE! what service is this huh...
Very disappointed with the service. The staff was rude, spoke disrespectfully, and didn’t show basic manners. Totally unprofessional. At least learn to smile when dealing with customers. The two female staff wearing tudung were especially not polite at all.
Explaining on the cup sizes and the buy one free one policy totally out. Kalau tak reti explain kat customer betul2, jgn kerja kat BR. Don’t spoil the brand’s name la pls. Or pls put up a proper detailed description of the policies cuz guess what some people can read.
