Very disappointed with the service. The staff was rude, spoke disrespectfully, and didn’t show basic manners. Totally unprofessional. At least learn to smile when dealing with customers. The two female staff wearing tudung were especially not polite at all.
Explaining on the cup sizes and the buy one free one policy totally out. Kalau tak reti explain kat customer betul2, jgn kerja kat BR. Don’t spoil the brand’s name la pls. Or pls put up a proper detailed description of the policies cuz guess what some people can read.
Totally disappointed with the service. Already stand in front cashier ready to order suddenly attend the other guest? Double standard is it? Why Malaysian people poor already cannot bought BR ice cream. But i was cool with that . Order were tooked packed everything done and staff informed me that actually ice cream little bit melt due to fridge problem I'm still cool for the 2nd time.
