The staff is probably deaf, I ordered vanilla and even pointed to it , but she gave me another flavour, I ordered a topping to go with it so she said she can't switch it already so I had to pay and "enjoy" the other flavour.

Terrible worker, I'm here to enjoy the flavour of the day deal, and then I said twice and she still gave me regular scoops...?? What is the worker even doing, at first I said flavour of the day and she looks like she does not understand what I said, what a terrible worker... Flavour of the day is rm7.5 and I have to end up paying 12.5 for regular...what a miserable experience, nvr eating at this outlet anymore.
Peak hour with around 20 people in line, yet only one staff member was serving customers. Another staff member was behind the counter using their phone instead of helping. Long waits and many children became unhappy. Very poor management and professionalism
