Refused to serve a cup of filter water even I have spent a good amount for a dessert when it is available in other branches even the one just 1KM away. Shame on you.
Today I visited Baskin Robbins at Aeon Bukit Tinggi Klang ….. I noticed some customers had finished eating but continued sitting and chatting, which made it difficult for others to find seats. Also, the tables were not cleaned promptly after use …. I hope the management can look into this matter and improve cleanliness and seating arrangements ….Thank you ….
