I’m quite disappointed with my experience yesterday. I bought an ice cream cake, but unfortunately, the staff who attended me was quite rude and unhelpful. When I asked questions, the responses felt like she didn’t even want to entertain me. As a customer, I believe basic politeness and good service should be expected. Hopefully, the management can improve on this.

Staff bad attitude unprofessional in serving customer. Additionally, Not knowing they do not accept cash and staff use rude tone to inform us. Will not visit this outlet again.

We arrived around 3 pm, eager to indulge in some ice cream to unwind. However, upon witnessing the staff's discourteous behavior and lack of professionalism, the once-delicious treat turned sour in our mouths. You don’t slam down two different-sized cups with such force, alright? That’s incredibly rude and uncalled for. Such an appalling display of rudeness!
