We arrived around 3 pm, eager to indulge in some ice cream to unwind. However, upon witnessing the staff's discourteous behavior and lack of professionalism, the once-delicious treat turned sour in our mouths. You don’t slam down two different-sized cups with such force, alright? That’s incredibly rude and uncalled for. Such an appalling display of rudeness!

Visited on 1/11/23. Service nice by pekerja lelaki tu, explain things clearly to us mcm mana nak guna apps BR, nak redeem voucher. Aiskrim mcm biasa lah rasa kilang buat. Love potion da bomb . Atmosphere kureng sikit Sebab betul2 tepi escalator jadi orang ramai stare kat kita bila turun hahaha
