Very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins Bukit Tinggi. Almost every visit, the staff claim there are no cups available and only cones, yet both options are clearly offered on the menu. If cups are never available, maybe it shouldn’t be an option in the first place. Another issue is that although the shop’s closing time is 11PM, many flavours start “disappearing” by 10PM because the staff are already closing. Good service. Staffs at this branch is friendly and efficient.
I often go to this outlet. But every time I visit, the experience is very bad. The service is discriminatory, based on skin color. Restrooms are a basic necessity, yet this shop chooses to close them to customers. There isn’t even a sink for handwashing.
