i dont know siapa nama staff tu. but lelaki. dia sangat tidak mesra. but he’s not rude. i ordered and minta dia suggestion, and he is nonchalant. dia letak ice cream kat atas kaunter tu and that’s all. hm tak nak repeat.

I'm a regular at the Shell Bandar Dato Onn Baskin-Robbins. I have to give a special shout-out to one of the staff members, Irsyad. His positive attitude and great service make every visit a treat! He has an incredible personality. He is kind, attentive & always has a smile on his face. He even seems genuinely concerned about customers. It’s rare to find such a cheerful and dedicated employee.
