Tunggu lama sangat la, add more staff tho
I came to this outlet at 4:15 There was 3 customer before me I waited quite long, there was two staff and only 1 of them was attending.One of the staff name Ms. Hawa was busy on the call and talking,giggling till i left the store. Due to only 1 staff who is attending all the customer I had to cancle my order.
Had a great experience here in BR Kota Kemuning thanks to the two Indian girls working there (sorry I didn’t catch your names!). Their customer service was really amazing, friendly, helpful and made the whole experience pleasant. Honestly, they deserve a raise for the great service they provide. 😊
Very bad..they run this business with only one staff..it was on weekends..too many customers waiting to be serve..long queue..poor service overall..pls do hire more staffs..u are earning a lot..don't save money like this..
