i datang for 31 flavours buffet (ramadan). staff yang kerja malam 24/2/2026 semua friendly! melayan je nak pilih flavour, bila tanya pun they can suggest you ikut preference you & can borak/gurau like kawan. kalau ada lagi this buffet anytime soon, definitely akan pilih this outlet again :)
Had a great experience for ramadan buffet here on 24th February 2026. Their night shift staff, 3 ladies are very friendly and entertaining. They know how to engage with their customers. I can hear they promoting and explaining for this buffet to other customers too.
Very very very rude cashiers. Dear Baskin Robbins, please really look into the attitude of your staffs talking to clients. We are the ones paying their salaries. We are just clarifying some offers and they are so rude. Our visit was on 13th January 2026 at approximately 8pm. It's so happen that the 2 female staff are really rude on the new year night. I didn't notice that the max quantity for my order are 3 scops so I was asking for 4 flavors, they could just tell me this is your max quantity rather than saying it in a rude way .
Slow, inefficient, ice cream not even full, inside full of air with pink, they used to dig it and put more but now increased price by 10% and filled with more air. Not worth it.
