It was a very disappointing experience coz I order dreamyland cotton candy cake in their app and paid as well. I order on Sunday and to collect on Tuesday. After I paid online I even went to the store the same day n confirm my order to be collected on Tuesday and the staff told me yes is confirm and I can collect on Tuesday with no problem and I asked a few times u sure and the staff told yes. I have always been a loyal Baskin Robbins fan, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. My Strawberry Cheesecake was not filled to the top. It used to be a full pint but this time it was noticeably less. Consistency matters, especially for returning customers who know what to expect. I hope this is looked into and improved, as it directly affects trust and value for money. I would like to continue supporting Baskin Robbins, but quality and portion standards need to be maintained.

Getting worst customer service. Telling the flavour not taking note and ask to again what flavour. Not competent. Order regular but given was like a junior scoop. Then what i am charge for regular. No wonder this place is getting worse. Just read the reviews. Similar issues and Baskin Robbins not doing anything about it. Wasted money, bad customer service, not professional. Staff acting like he is dancing or boxing. Working but act like in a gym.

I’ve always been a loyal Baskin-Robbins fan, but I’m really disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered Jamoca Mousse and Jamoca Almond Fudge via Grab. Although the app showed Jamoca Mousse as available, I received a call saying it was out of stock and was asked to replace it with other flavours. I've then changed it to the Very Berry Strawberry since it’s also a nice flavour.
