very bad service! if your staff pakai mask cakap tu buka mulut lah bagi orang dengar ni cakap slow memang boleh dengar pun. Tak friendly lansung, datang beli pakai duit bukan suruh dia bayar pun yang berlagak sangat kenapa? kerja bahagian customer service patutnya you know very well how to handle customer!
Very poor service & arrangements. Received missing item & merchant only response when direct call several times to outlet * totally ignorant from apps chat. Merchant can simply 1st said had arranged as per ordered. After debate only try give excuses shop is too overly crowded. Not long later suddenly say no stock. It's so unacceptable. Cause so much inconvenience & ruined the whole plan & disappointment as it's needed for a bday party. Worst is no apology or compensation. Banned this outlet after this !!!!!
Mango sticky rice flavour was so good. Taste like pure mango. 10/10 🌟 Good service
趁着女儿3岁生日来吃吃看它们的冰淇淋蛋糕，我和老婆小孩一行4人，买一个冰淇淋蛋糕就只给3个汤匙，3张纸巾，另外和他们要盘子他们说只有水杯，装冰淇淋的大开口纸杯不能给，解释说那些是给冰淇淋的，原来冰淇淋蛋糕不算冰淇淋😂结果我们一家4人就就着3个汤匙把冰淇淋蛋糕吃完了
