It would be unusual for me to review a BR, but our server was so good and conscientious I wanted to take the time. Obviously having read some of the other reviews I can’t comment on management, but the employee we encountered took the time to sweep the M&Ms off of the floor in front of us, wash his hands put gloves on make two perfect scoops of ice cream all with a smile on his face and was very appreciative about a small tip.
Love the food here, but … I’ve been stopping in for the last few years when I first moved to the area. Hunt Brothers Pizza combined with the Ice Cream flavors are great HOWEVER … It seems like so many of the staff have had a lot of problems with the management and are quitting because of poor managerial decisions as well as occasional reports of mistreating the staff - apparently the owner is foreign and believes it’s ok to mistreat employees for personal gain or profit, especially women. We come in here often and they are out of something every time we come in. Most of the time the items are pretty good but they are always out of Reeses Sundae ,whip cream or bananas. This location also Doesn't honor any coupons off the app
