Constantly "out" of ice cream or have to pull a new tub out of the freezer. Then employees claim it takes 15 minutes to defrost to scoop a single scoop of ice cream. Was told 3 different flavors were "out" for one order. One of the flavors was chocolate. Was told chocolate was "out" bc it was "busy".
