I have no plans of returning here again. They were the rudest and nastiest employees that I've come across. When you're employees are bad mouthing customers, make sure the customer doesn't understand Spanish first. I'm not even sure why they were angry, maybe they just didn't want to be bothered with customers.
This baskin Robbin’s is horrible. I’ve been to this same one with my wife & kids & they randomly NEVER have waffle bowls or waffle cones. The place is chaotic & people standing in the back acting like they have orders or calls but are just playing on phone. There is a couple kids who are nice in there. Don’t offer stuff you can’t supply & don’t use the excuse you’re too busy with 4 people to serve ice cream. Give me a break.
Trudi & Heather made our gender reveal the most special and intimate experience that we’d hope for 🫶🏾❤️
My only complaint is they are ALMOST ALWAYS out of chocolate ice cream. Obviously it's a popular flavor..maybe carry 2??
