Great ice cream, shakes and sundaes. My last visit I was the only one in there and nobody was behind the counter. When the worker came out, another person had just entered wanting to pick up his order. The worker hadn't done it, and it was 4 different items. So I had to wait while his order got filled before I was acknowledged. My selection was delicious but the situation was pretty ridiculous.
Was there to order 3 lg milkshakes 5/11/25 approx 8:50 pm for end of the day Mothers Day milkshakes, and supposedly out of milk!! Never thought that was a possibility..
We came on Halloween and there was only 1 person working. He was working very hard and was polite. When I paid using tap to pay, I added a tip, then asked the worker if he receives the tip. He said they do not receive the electronic tips. What? Why even have the tip on the tap to pay or card pay if the tip doesn’t go to the employee helping the customer? We as a family have been visiting this Livermore store more often since past one year. Each time we come , the staff caters to our needs very well. We ordered cake for my daughter’s birthday and it was a Superhit. Everyone ❤️ loved it. The cream was fresh, flavours were great and the design was EXACTLY how we wanted it. Looking forward to our next Birthday Cake order. !!!!
