What a difference a year makes. I've been here 3 more times and all 3 times the ice cream has been freezer burnt. I have to drive 20 minutes away now for THE only ice cream I do eat because I will not be wasting my money in here again. And I spend at least $25 each time on donuts and ice cream. Never again....sir or madam please do something about this or you're going to loose more customers! 2.9 rating and I don't see anyone trying to fix it!
The flavors at this location are subpar. They cross contaminated the non-dairy ice cream with the dairy ones. The was ice all around the edges of the Oreo ice cream. We asked for pints. They are half-packed compared to other Baskin Robbins we have been too. Definitely will not be back. If my daughter didn't really want her ice cream, I would be asking for a refund.
So I’m 8 months pregnant and craving an ice cream cone. I notice baskin robins and skip where I was originally going. I ordered a cone and it was $6 and stale. I asked for a new cone, they took it then came back and told me that’s just how it taste. So I asked for a refund on just the cone and I was told no because I used Apple Pay. i didn’t ask for the entire order to be refunded.
